before your next update, get a second pair of eyes on this (performance ↔ revenue)

Before you ship your next launch or update, check these 3 things:

  1. forget about average FPS: are your 1% lows holding 60 FPS (or whatever your target is)?
  2. are your loading times (from click to main menu) below 7 seconds?
  3. whether on mobile, console or PC: is thermal throttling not kicking in for at least 30 minutes of gameplay?

And more importantly: do you have an automatic early-warning system that checks this regularly?

If not, or if you simply do not know, this could already be costing you 20-30% of your revenue.

The hard part is that you usually will not see this drop directly. You will only see it through lower acquisition, weaker retention, and worse monetization... without a clear explanation why.

I can help with all these income bottlenecks. Book a free 20-min call with me and I will tell you which of these is hitting you hardest.
